I’m Nichola, the proud owner of Taylor Morgan’s Hair and Beauty salon and Sydney’s school of hair and beauty and Training Academy.
I’ve been in the hair and beauty industry for over two decades, and I truly believe there’s no better job in the world than helping people look and feel their very best. As a mum of five and nanny to four, family means absolutely everything to me and that family spirit is at the heart of everything we do at Taylor Morgan’s.
Our salon and academy have grown into a warm, welcoming space where clients and students alike feel supported, confident, and part of something special.

About Us
Founded in 2004 by Nichola, Taylor Morgan’s Hair and Beauty is a well-established Bristol-based salon offering a full range of hair and beauty treatments in a friendly, relaxed environment. As a true family business, Nichola’s two daughters Taylor & Sidney have followed in her footsteps, bringing their own talent and passion to the team of amazing professionals — creating a warm, welcoming space where clients feel part of the family. In 2025, Nichola expanded the business to launch Sydney’s school of hair and beauty Training Academy, offering accredited and refresher courses in hair and beauty. With over two decades of industry experience, she’s passionate about helping the next generation of professionals build confidence, skill, and lasting careers in the beauty industry.
